First and foremost, I would like to say the hotel looks very intimate. We came in during a club night so there were a lot of club goers. In spite of the large crowd everywhere, for the most part, associates and staff were still very friendly especially our dealers. They try to listen to our request as simple as wanting to get cocktail to our table. However, the Table Games Supervisor named Julio, he didn't seem to care. He never bothered to call for a waitress. Call it complacent for his status but not I would expect from a Cromwell staff, much less a Caesars. He's rude and very unprofessional. His behavior wouldn't stop me from coming back but one that is not tolerable. Kudos to the rest of the staff! We still had a great time.
