Nobu was relaxing, accommodating, and fantastic! Zoey was an amazing help! She arranged so that we could check in early and have a late check out. She was incredibly informative about the hotel's amenities and even sent up a bottle of champagne to our room when she found out we were on our honeymoon! The beds at Nobu are the most comfortable I have ever slept in!
Best concierge service ever!!!

My first impression of my stay at Nobu was that it was a nice and spacious relaxing room. Very fast and easy check in. What surprised me was that shortly after checking in, Ivy texted me to see if I needed anything. It was amazing to have that kind of easy direct concierge service. She was also really great with assisting me with my check out after I had already left the hotel. I've stayed many times in Vegas in the last 20years but this is the first time I have been very impressed!!! Will definitely stay there again next time.
A little quiet nook in the middle of chaos.

The first thing is, the hotel is in the middle of Caesars. So don't waste time going to the main check in area when you first arrive. Look for signs for Nobu Way. I arrived at 2pm. My room wasn't ready so they tagged and held my bags. The employees were very friendly. After 2.5 hours I went back and they said they had called but I had no missed calls. I was able to get my key and shown how to use the elevator. The elevator is a bit tricky but I am glad as it prevents people from coming up when they aren't staying there. They brought my bag to my room. I was really pleased with my room! I had the simple queen bed on one of the lower floors. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. Beautiful really. I don't know how they did it, but they came into my room at least a few times a day to tidy up. At night I'd return and my TV would be on the turndown channel (very soothing), water by my bed, bed was made if I took a nap, and a lamp was on. Only a few times did I hear noise and it was from the people above me. The room was spacious, the bed was awesome. I liked being super close to everything in the hotel. I could literally leave the casino floor to run up to my room, change and be back in 10 minutes. One floor has a nice gym, bottled water and tea, and coffee in the morning. My single complaint was not having a way to make coffee or tea in the room - so bring your own kettle if possible. I would have liked to be able to use the refrigerator as well but I really didn't end up needing it.

While the Nobu provided an Oasis in the midst of Vegas, I have to admit this is the first time I disagree with TripAdvisor on a 4.5. I definitely had high expectations but they were not met and here’s why:What met my expectations:Quiet roomNice robes/slippers Nice shampoo etcFantastic locationAccess to ceasers poolsAwesome restaurant- Nobu but you don’t need the stay to get a reservation What didn’t meet my expectations Stale smoke smell in room covered up by some type of air freshener Room decor very standardConcierge was absolutely clueless on everything. Apart from checking people in they had no idea on tours, bus to outlet mall, where to catch Uber. They couldn’t ask any of our questions.Hefty resort fee which was justified by coffee and free water in their lounge. I stayed for 6 days and every morning I had barely warm coffee. For what I paid in resort fees this was disappointing. To summarize, if you can get this on a good deal and cheaper than the other 4 star hotels on the strip and want a good location then this works. However; I think Bellagio is nicer. I also stayed at the Trump hotel many years before he was President and that hotel exceeded my expectations but the location is not in the middle of all the action.
